However, once an order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Remember, you still have 14 days to return items after delivery.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery within Europe typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. For countries outside Europe, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Please note that delivery times for destinations outside the EU may vary due to customs processing, and additional charges may apply.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over £50 (or an equivalent amount in other currencies). For orders under £50, the standard shipping fee is £8 for EU countries and £12 for non-EU countries. For UK-bound orders exceeding £135, customers will need to pay standard VAT. IAMRUNBOX will cover VAT for orders below £135. Any customs or VAT fees for orders above this amount are the customer’s responsibility.

Please note that customers who refuse to pay customs or VAT fees will incur a handling charge of €45, which will be deducted from the final refund.

Exchanges & Returns

If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a product purchased from https://eeze.store, please contact our customer service team at https://eeze.store. All returned or exchanged items must be in their original packaging and unused. You have the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the product is unused/undamaged and in its original packaging.

If you choose to return or exchange a non-defective product, return shipping costs will be at your expense. Upon receiving your package, we will process the exchange or refund as per your request. Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded, and we are not responsible for any product lost during the return process.

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used during the purchase. We will refund the purchase price and the initial shipping fee, but return shipping costs will not be reimbursed. Refunds will be completed within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product.
